The MC-V12 Tactical Communications Device is a professional-grade software-defined radio system designed for lawful use in authorized operations only. Operation of this device is subject to applicable local, state, federal, and international communications regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their operation of the MC-V12 complies with all relevant spectrum licensing, encryption export, and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
 

Frequency & Spectrum Compliance
 
  • The MC-V12 is a software-defined radio (SDR) platform capable of transmitting across multiple frequency bands.
     

  • The user is responsible for configuring the device to operate only on frequencies authorized for their use under FCC Part 15, Part 90, or equivalent national regulations (depending on jurisdiction).
     

  • Unauthorized transmission on restricted or licensed frequencies without proper authorization may violate federal law and result in penalties.
     

Encryption & Data Security Compliance
 
  • The MC-V12 supports optional end-to-end encryption to protect communications confidentiality.
     

  • Encryption modules and key management features are intended for lawful use only and must comply with applicable export control laws (e.g., ITAR, EAR, or similar national frameworks).
     

  • The device does not store encryption keys internally; keys are provisioned in volatile memory at startup via SSH or removable media. Users must ensure keys are managed and distributed in accordance with relevant security and data-protection regulations.
     

Operational Responsibility
 
  • Users must ensure that operation of the MC-V12 does not cause harmful interference to other radio services.
     

  • The MC-V12 should only be used by trained personnel who understand local communications protocols and the legal boundaries of secure and directional radio operations.
