Shipping Policy (United States)

At James E. Smith LLC, we aim to provide timely and reliable shipping for all domestic orders. The following terms outline our shipping policies for customers in the United States:

  1. Shipping Methods

    We offer several shipping methods for physical products within the U.S., including:

     

    • Standard Shipping (estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)

    • Next-Day Shipping (available for certain orders; check at checkout for availability)
       

    The shipping method selected at checkout will determine the delivery timeframe and associated costs.
     

  2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

     

    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $12,000 within the continental U.S.

    • Flat Rate Shipping: If you qualify for flat-rate shipping, it will be reflected at checkout.
       

  3. Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

     

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
       

  4. Delivery Timeframe

    Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders are as follows:

     

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (if available)
       

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
     

  5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer support team.

     

  6. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an incorrect address is provided, we may charge additional fees for re-shipping the order.

     

  7. Shipping Restrictions

    We currently only ship to locations within the United States (including all 50 states and U.S. territories). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

     

  8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shipping@jamesesmithllc.com, 202-760-3621. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In the case of damaged goods, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

     

  9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

    If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, or if it is refused by the recipient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you do not want the item reshipped, we may offer a refund minus any shipping fees incurred.

     

  10. Shipping Delays

    We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status.
